π Selecting a Property
Look up the Street first Properties (See Streets)
You must locate and highlight the relevant street in the BW grid.
Then click the Properties tab to list all properties linked to the selected street.
β οΈ Note:
You can highlight a street of reference type 1 or 2 to access properties.
If the street is of type 3 or 4, the Properties tab will not be visible.
πΊοΈ Displaying a Property
Once properties appear in the BW grid, there are several ways to display them on the map:
From BW Grid (Right-Click Method)
Select a property β Right-click β Choose Map from the pop-up menu.
From BW Grid (Double-Click Method)
Double-click on the selected property record in the BW grid.
From GGP View
Right-click on a property in the GGP View β Map it into the NGz grid.
If multiple properties exist at the same location, a list of UPRNs is displayed so you can select the correct property.
π Result: The system zooms in, highlights the property, and centres it in the display.
ποΈ Mapping All Properties in a Street
Use the Map All function to display all properties associated with a street.
This is often more useful than mapping the street alone, since it includes properties at the ends of the street that may otherwise be excluded.
How to Use:
In the BW grid β Right-click to open the pop-up menu.
Select Map All.
Reversing the Action:
After activation, the option changes to Unmap All.
Clicking this will:
Clear the spatial query.
Return the view to normal so you can display other street properties.
