Using Maps For Spatial Records - Looking up Map Data

You can easily locate a record in the NGz by right-clicking on its representative graphic in the GIS.
This works for streets, ESUs, or properties.

🔍 How to Look Up a Record

1. Use the GIS window and map controls to navigate to the area of interest.

2. Make sure the relevant street or property graphics are displayed.

3. Right-click on the map graphic (street, ESU, or property).

4. The corresponding record will display in the NGz windows:

   • Bottom Window (BW): street or property will be highlighted.

   • Right-Hand Window (RHW): detailed information for that record appears.

1. Right-click on a street graphic on the map.

2. The street is highlighted in the BW.

3. The street’s details appear in the RHW.
