Printing In GGP – Creating a New Print Template

🧭 Introduction

A Print Template defines how your final printed output will appear, including:

• Titles, labels, and additional text

• Map scales and keys

• Images and logos

These templates are created using Fast Reports, which integrates directly with GGP.

Once a template is saved, it can be reused by you or shared with others as needed.

🚀 Starting a New Template

1. Open the Print Templates Manager.

2. Click the [New] button.

   • This will launch the Fast Reports designer

📄 Setting Up Page Options

Before adding content, configure the page layout.

To set page size and orientation:

1. In Fast Reports, go to File > Page Settings...

2. In the dialog window, you can set:

   • Page Size (e.g. A4, Letter)

   • Orientation (Portrait or Landscape)

   • Margins

   • Advanced options under the Other options tab

⚠️ Important:
Only one page (named Page1) is supported in GGP print templates.
Do not add additional pages.
