|---|---|
| Corporate Administrator | Full access to all functions. |
| Departmental Administrator | Manages users within their department only. |
| Advanced User | Can access assigned apps and create overlays. |
| GGP User | Access to apps as determined by Corporate Admins. |
| View User | Can view overlays, annotate, and print. |
| Map User | Can view, annotate, and print map data. |
User type is assigned when creating a user account.

๐ก Tips
If View or Map Users run out of their restricted licences, you can allow them to use a GGP licence (if available), so they retain familiar functionality.
To enable this, change GGP access for Map/View users to
True, assign a valid GGP licence, and relaunch the application.
๐งช Example: Enable GGP for a Map User
In the Security Policy table:
Find the GGP row
Set Map column to
True
Close and relaunch
Log in as the Map User
Assign a GGP licence via
Users > User | EditThe [GGP] button will now be enabled
