Printer Settings in GGP

The Printer Settings window allows you to choose the default printer and configure basic print options, such as paper size and orientation.

Basic Printer Configuration

From this window, you can:

• Select the default printer to use for GGP printing.

• Set the paper size.

• Choose the orientation (Portrait or Landscape).

Advanced Printer Settings

• Click the [Properties…] button to access printer-specific settings, such as:

  • Print quality

  • Duplex options

  • Custom paper handling

• Available settings depend on the printer driver.

Recommended Usage

It is recommended to check and confirm printer, orientation, and paper size before:

1. Creating a new template

   • Click the [Printer Settings] speed button first.

2. Opening the Print Dialog

   • The printer information will be displayed on the status line.

Setting printer options before creating templates ensures layouts are aligned correctly and prevents unwanted formatting changes during printing.
