Deleting Script and Associated Files in GGP

The Delete Files option allows you to remove a previously created script and all its associated files.

This feature is accessed via:
File → Delete Files

Accessing the Delete Files Option

1. Go to File → Delete Files.

2. The GGP file dialog box will appear, displaying all available script files.

3. If using a network installation, you can switch to other network directories to manage files there.

Selecting Files to Delete

• Use standard Windows browsing methods to locate and select the desired file.

  • The appearance may vary depending on your Windows folder view settings.

  • All folder views will include a GGP Places Bar on the right-hand side.

• Multiple selection is not supported — you can only delete one script file at a time.

• You can also use the GGP Folders buttons to navigate to the desired directory level and select the script file.

Script File Details

• Script files use the .GSC extension.

• Older script files may use the .SCR extension, which can still be selected for deletion.

Deleting the Files

1. Select the desired script file.

2. Click the [Delete] button.

3. GGP will delete:

   • The selected script file.

   • All associated files with the same base name, including:

     • .BMP snapshot image of the screen from the last time the script was accessed.
